2008 Founded and established machining factory in Tainan “AMI Industries Inc.”

2009 Invested 40% of stock share with machining factory “APEXWORKS Precision”

(TS16949 certified).

2013 AMI Inc. certified by AS9100 Quality System

2018 APEXWORKS certified by IATF TS16949 Quality System

2019 Invested 35% of stock share with SHEN YANG (Stamping & sheet metal fabrication factory).
